When I realized this morning that I scheduled a phone meeting when my parents will be here, I said “Oh shoot!” Cole asked why so I explained the situation.
“It’s ok Mommy, you can still have your meeting. They’re coming here to see us, not you!”
Ally’s contractions: milkstache (what you have on your upper lip after you drink milk) and youmember (for “do you remember?”)

Cole is red-green colorblind just like both his grandfathers. This leads to amusing conversations:

Cole found a leaf yesterday that he thought was shaped like a tuna. An upload download tuna fish, to be exact. It’s called that because it swims up and down in the water.
