The kids like to talk about what they remember. A couple of days ago Ally started talking about how she remembers Cole’s first birthday. “I remember his birthday…there were a lot of kids and they were really loud and they were playing games. I was playing the games too, but on the inside.”

I was two months pregnant with her on Cole’s first birthday.

Today at breakfast, Cole asked me, “Mommy, is your heart still full of love after you die?” I asked him what he thought. “The love is there until your heart goes away and just your bones are left. Look it up, Mommy, and see.”

Google doesn’t have all the answers.

I told him that Google didn’t know the answer and he said “Everybody has a theory. If it’s not on the computer, then no one knows.”

Everlasting Love gives me more than 2 million results, so i guess its the way you Google… I’ve two kids myself, one 2 years old and the other is 5. The oldest used Google for the first time this week.

Isn’t it incredible how the next generation thinks of Google? Just think back 20 years when we used encyclopedias! Amazing.

That is remarkable what Cole said about playing games on the inside.

My wife and I just had our first baby girl and I’m anxiously awaiting her questions when she starts talking!
