Fireworks Tan!
Cole’s new made up game.
Get pieces of paper. Cut them in sort of small pieces (about 1″ by 2″). Stand up on a dining room chair. Reach up with a piece of paper in one hand and scissors in the other. Cut the paper in half and say “Fireworks tan!” as it flutters to the floor. Repeat many many times. Warn others not to walk on the paper because it’s on fire - unless you’re wearing a fire suit.
Collect all the pieces of paper on the floor, crumple them up and put them in a bowl. Glue crumpled pieces of paper to a piece of construction paper to make beautiful art.
We have no idea where “Fireworks tan!” comes from. Cole made up the entire thing except the last bit. Gluing them on the paper was my idea.
