First day of school!
Friday was Cole’s first day of school and he just loved it. He went right in, said “bye mommy” and was off playing with the train. The teachers said he did well, played with the other kids and knows most of his letters. After his nap, he told me he wanted to go back to school and play choo choo train. Yesterday (Sunday) he asked me if he could go to school again. Sadly he had to wait until today.
Other fun things he’s done lately: He was using a white crayon on white paper the other day and told me that it didn’t work. Yesterday, he was singing a song. When I couldn’t tell which one it was, he said “It’s right here in my mouth, mommy!”
Ally started some formula and a bit of rice cereal and this week and she’s been sleeping much, much better. She seemed so hungry last week. Happy baby, happy parents. She talks and talks but we’re not getting any better at understanding her.
